Infoline can be implemented using premium rate numbers when the offered content includes expert-level information , through numbers in which the costs are completely transferred to the service provider, or with the use of reduced rate call options.

In the case of redirecting the number prefixed with 800/801 to the public fixed network in Poland (except GTS Energis):

  • For calls made to numbers prefixed with 800, the service end-user (caller) does not pay any charges
  • For calls initiated from the public fixed network,  the Contractor pays a fee of 0,15 PLN nett*
  • For calls made from a mobile network, the Contractor is charged a fee 0,45 PLN nett*

801-7

For calls made to a number prefixed with 801-7:

  • The caller (service end-user) is charged for an equivalent of one call unit, irrespective of the length of the call,
  • For calls initiated from the public fixed network,  the Contractor pays a fee of 0,19 PLN nett*
  • For calls made from a mobile network, the Contractor  pays a fee 0,45 PLN nett*

801-9

For calls made to a number prefixed wtih 801-9, the service end user pays the following fee:

  • During the hours from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., the equivalent of the charge for one call unit for each started three minutes of the call,
  • During the hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., the equivalent of the charge for one call unitfor each started six minutes of the connection,
  • For calls made from the public fixed network, the Contractor pays a fee of 0,15 PLN nett*
  • For calls initiated from a mobile network, the Contractor pays a fee of 0,45 PLN nett*

801-0

For calls made to a number prefixed with 801-9, the service end user pays the equivalent of the charge for one call unit for every commenced minute of the call

  • For calls initiated from the public fixed network, the Contractor pays a fee of 0,00 PLN nett*
  • For calls made from a mobile network, the Contractor pays a fee of 0,45 PLN nett*

 

*payment for the call/payment per minute or unit is charged for each commenced second of the call in the amount equal to 1/60 of the fee specified in the relevant price list.

Important: 

Connections initiated from a mobile network are blocked by default; at the Contractors request the blockade can be removed free of charge.

A reliable and functional infoline requires trustworthy technology that allows for receiving and redirecting many calls at the same time. It also means having at one’s disposal IVR with well-thought-out architecture and scripts prepared in accordance with the specificity of the industry in which the client company operates.  The operation of a professional infoline necessitates also application of appropriate CRM solutions, which contain information about the customers, as well as the products and services of the company providing the infoline solution.
